We unveiled South Australia's first public sculpture to celebrate and recognise unpaid Carers as part of National Carers Week.
The sculpture, which is named ‘Calin’ meaning French for hug, is now sitting proudly at Henley Square where it will be for the rest of National Carers Week.
Made up of nearly 1400 interconnecting pieces, this interactive artwork aims to symbolise connection, togetherness and support in its recognition and celebration of all unpaid Carers.
